Reading Practice Answer


This weekend I went to my friend Marks’ home. I got to know a new friend.
She looks very pretty. Her hair is brown, her arm and legs are very short, very fat. Her head is big, nose is black, her stomach is a little fat. She’s not too tall, rather smart and very friendly. Her name is Yoyo, she’s my friend’s pet, a cute puppy!

Mark is rather handsome. He’s medium height and weight, with blond short hair. Mark’s eyes are grey, very small. His nose is very high and very big. Mark’s neck is very long, arms are very short, legs are very long. His thigh is very skinny, calf is very fat. Mark’s hands are pretty. Mark’s family has 4 people. Mark’s feet are the largest. Mark is funny, not at all serious. His favorite clothing to wear are red, and to wear red glasses. He also has a red watch. Mark likes to play ball. He plays basketball, baseball and soccer.

Mark has a younger brother called Matt. Matt is very short and mean. His face is very skinny, eyes are brown. He has long red hair, very large mouth, and his teeth are black. Matt’s stomach is very fat but his legs are thin. Matt doesn't like red clothing, because he doesn't like his red hair. Matt likes to wear black coat, black pants, black socks and shoes.

Reading practice answers

Wednesday is overcast, afternoon might snow, the high is 39 degrees. At 10:30 mid-morning Melissa went to play basketball, but her dad text massaged her. Melissa says: "What do you want?" Dad says: "Your mother plans to go shopping, I won't go, you and her go." Melissa says: "How is the weather tonight?" Dad says "Might not snow and is clear. Go with your mom." Melissa says: "okay."

Thursday she studied Spanish and Latin. Thursday was not snowy, the high was 39 degrees. She went to bed at 12:00 at night.

Friday was sunny, the high was 66. Mid-morning Melissa and her friend played volleyball also soccer. At noon she and friend went to eat. In the afternoon her and little sister went to exercise. At night she watched TV and read. She went to sleep at 11:30.
